We are hiring Warehouse Admins for our client to support their daily warehouse operations!
Location: East Singapore
Employment: Full-time
Shifts: Day / Night shifts
Monthly Salary: $2,300–$3,000, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Process inbound and outbound orders using SAP/WMS.
Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, delivery orders and inventory records.
Update stock movements and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with warehouse teams and transport personnel on deliveries and shipments.
Assist with inventory checks and investigate stock discrepancies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience using SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Previous warehouse administration or logistics experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work the assigned day or night shift.
