Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service from arrival to departure.
• Set and reset tables, maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, allergens and suitable recommendations clearly.
• Take accurate orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to deliver food and beverages at the right time.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or concerns professionally.
• Process payments and billing accurately and discreetly.
• Support opening and closing activities, food hygiene and teamwork during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous F&B service experience; at least two years in an upscale restaurant or premium café is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence engaging guests.
• Professional presentation, good service etiquette and close attention to detail.
• Reliable, calm under pressure and willing to learn and support the wider team.
