We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Admin to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling warehouse documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with relevant parties, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support warehouse operations.
- Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and other warehouse-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse transactions.
- Verify receiving and delivery documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and internal departments on delivery and documentation matters.
- Ensure warehouse documents and records are properly organized, filed, and maintained.
- Prepare basic reports and perform data entry and other administrative duties as required.
- Assist in resolving documentation issues and operational discrepancies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail with good accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
