• Assist team with daily and weekly production according to the production schedule
• Preparing dishes according to recipes and ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and specifications.
• Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures.
• Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments. Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris
• Taking reservations, serves customers by helping to take their orders and serve them.
• Makes and serves simple food and beverages products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Responsible for preparation work before opening and after closing.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Ensure customers have a great time throughout their dining experience
• Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Cashiering Duties (Process payments using cash registers and payment terminals)
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Assists with the cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
• Other ad hoc Café-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
