Purpose of the Role

To support the management and coordination of the Company’s supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely movement of goods, supplier coordination and smooth day-to-day operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supply chain, logistics and inventory activities.
• Coordinate the movement of goods between suppliers, warehouse, Food Hub and retail outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, stock movements and availability.
• Manage and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on orders, deliveries, lead times and issues.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Retail and Sales & Fulfilment teams to ensure operational requirements are met.Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and resolve delays, discrepancies and operational issues.
• Oversee regular stocktakes and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate local and cross-border logistics arrangements where required.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
• Ensure supply chain and logistics SOPs are implemented and followed.
• Maintain accurate records relating to inventory, purchase orders, deliveries and stock movements.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on inventory, logistics and supplier performance.
• Support planning for new product launches, promotions and other business activities requiring supply chain coordination.
• Assist in improving supply chain processes, systems and workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to relevant team members and coordinate daily priorities.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related operations within the Food & Beverage, QSR, Bakery, Café, Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Experience supporting supply chain operations for multi-outlet retail and/or central kitchen environments.
• Proven experience in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, inventory planning and cost optimisation.
• Experience sourcing and managing food ingredients, packaging materials and operational supplies.
• Experience coordinating warehouse, delivery and distribution activities across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of supplier negotiations, purchase planning, lead times and order fulfilment.
• Exposure to import procurement, customs processes, cross-border logistics and international sourcing is an advantage.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management or procurement systems.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and cost management skills.
• Excellent supplier, logistics partner and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis, inventory and spend management.
• Good understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse, distribution and logistics processes, including cross-border operations.
• Good understanding of food safety, quality requirements and relevant Malaysian regulatory requirements.
• Highly organised with strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growing business environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
