Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Project Manager di WCT Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibility

1. Coordinate and manage all construction activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
2. Lead and manage a team of project engineers, supervisors and coordinators to achieve project objectives.
3. Establish, monitor and update the construction programme to ensure the project is completed within the approved schedule and budget.
4. Ensure the project is executed in compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
5. Oversee and coordinate the performance of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure timely completion of works and compliance with the required standards.
6. Resolve technical issues and implement value engineering initiatives to improve project efficiency and cost effectiveness.
7. Monitor project progress, resources and costs, and take appropriate corrective actions where necessary.
8. Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and relevant stakeholders on all project-related matters.
9. Ensure contractual obligations, project documentation and reporting requirements are properly managed.
10. Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise impact on project delivery.

Job Requirement

1. Possess minimum a degree in civil engineering or construction management.
2. Minimum 15 years experience in Buildings, highway and infrastructure projects.
3. Preferably with Project Management Consultant (PMC) experience.
4. Willing to be base at Johor.
