Full Job Description

VISI L.A SECURITY FORCE SDN BHD is inviting applications for the PROTÉGÉ Program, an initiative designed for Malaysian fresh graduates to gain valuable industry experience and develop professional skills.

This program is open to Malaysian graduates only, in line with government requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned department with daily tasks and projects.
• Support administrative work, documentation, data entry, and reporting.
• Participate in departmental activities and assigned training sessions.
• Assist with research, coordination, and project follow-ups.
• Work with team members to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Learn company procedures, workplace communication, and professional practices.
• Prepare progress reports and updates when required.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree are encouraged to apply.
• Malaysian citizen, subject to the eligibility requirements of the applicable PROTÉGÉ programme.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, positive, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
