Role Description The OpenText VIM Consultant will work on-site in Singapore in a full-time capacity, supporting clients with the design, implementation, and optimization of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring and customizing VIM and related SAP modules, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The consultant will troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide user training and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve invoice processing workflows, enhance system performance, and support project delivery timelines across Singapore and, when required, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), including configuration, customization, and support.
• Solid SAP functional background (e.g., FI/CO, MM, or related modules) with exposure to invoice processing and accounts payable workflows.
• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and documenting functional specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Experience in end-to-end project implementation, including testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Approximately 7–8 years of relevant consulting experience in OpenText VIM and SAP-related projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration, cloud-based solutions, or adjacent technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, IoT) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to mentor junior team members.
