Job Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in their homes.
Monitor patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
Assist with wound care and other nursing needs.
Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in health conditions.
Ensure patient safety, hygiene and infection control.
Provide compassionate care while respecting patients’ privacy and dignity.
Accept flexible, ad hoc assignments based on availability.
Requirements:
Valid SNB License to practise in a homecare setting
Rates:
EN: $24-$31 per hour (depending on weekend/weekdays/PH)
RN: $28-$35 per hour (depending on weekend/weekdays/PH)
