Our client is looking for a APAC Tax Manager, it will be an individual contributor role that will cover primarily advisory work and act as a reviewer for compliance matters. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of jurisdictions, business models, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice on cross-border business arrangements, intercompany transactions, and operational activities across APAC markets.
• Partner with finance, legal, and business teams on tax considerations arising from regional operations and commercial initiatives.
• Support expansion projects, changes in operating models, and new business initiatives from a tax perspective.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting international taxation and assess their implications for the business.
• Prepare technical analyses, position papers, and supporting documentation on complex tax matters.
• Provide guidance across areas such as transfer pricing, indirect taxes, withholding taxes, and permanent establishment considerations.
