We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, energetic and self-motivated Sales Admin to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Cheerful, outgoing and approachable personality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Proactive, independent and a good team player.

• Well-organised, meticulous and able to multitask.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Relevant sales administration experience is an advantage.
