Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Food Factory Assistant to join our small manufacturing team on a part-time basis. You will support daily production by packing, bottling, labelling and cleaning in a hygienic, safe environment.
Job Description
Pack and label food products accurately, following production schedules and quality standards
Assist with bottling operations, including filling, capping and visual checks for defects
Manage stocks and inventory and pack and prepare stocks for delivery
Clean and sanitise work areas, equipment and packaging stations in line with food safety and hygiene procedures
Work a 3-day week, supporting the production team and reporting any safety or quality concerns promptly
Job Requirements
No prior experience required; full on-the-job training provided
Food Safety Certificate (e.g. Basic Food Hygiene) preferred, but not essential
Able to follow instructions, work well in a multicultural team and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Able to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks, with reasonable adjustments considered where appropriate
