Looking for a fun event job where you can interact with people and be part of an exciting airport activation?
Join our Redemption Activity Crew at Changi Airport! Help bring the event to life by assisting customers, giving out exciting rewards and making sure everyone enjoys a smooth and pleasant redemption experience.
EVENT DETAILS
Location: Jewel Changi Airport / Changi Airport T3, Basement 1
Event Dates: 7 & 8 November 2026
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Break: 45-minute unpaid break
Training: Provided
YOUR ROLE
Be part of the action and help create a great experience for every visitor!
Assist customers with the redemption process
Explain activity mechanics and redemption procedures clearly
️ Distribute redemption gifts and items to eligible customers
Manage queues and keep customer flow organised
Answer enquiries and provide friendly assistance
Support the event team with daily operations when needed
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for friendly, energetic and responsible individuals who enjoy interacting with people!
Friendly, approachable and proactive
Comfortable communicating with the public
Positive attitude with good customer service skills
Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable and responsible
Previous event or customer service experience is a bonus!
No prior event experience? No problem! Training will be provided to help you get ready for the role.
