Role Description This is a full-time, on-site junior creative graphic role based in Shah Alam. The junior graphic creative will support the design and production of digital assets for e-commerce platforms, including product visuals, banners, social media content, and campaign materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to translate brand guidelines into engaging visuals, adapting designs for different platforms, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts, creating layouts, preparing files for upload, and refining artwork based on feedback and performance data. The individual will also assist with content ideation for live streaming and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence online.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in graphic design and visual communication, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
• Ability to create digital assets tailored for e-commerce platforms and social media, including product imagery, banners, and promotional graphics.
• Basic knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Interest in e-commerce and online marketing, with the ability to align visuals to campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
• Organized and able to manage multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience or a strong portfolio will be considered.
• Familiarity with basic video editing or motion graphics is an advantage but not required.
