Job Description:

• Prepare and produce pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing products.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor ingredient usage and inform the supervisor of stock shortages.
• Properly store ingredients and finished products according to food safety requirements.
• Assist with daily pastry production, preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Support the team during busy periods and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in pastry, baking, bakery, or a café/restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and food handling.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
• Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
