Salary:

• Executive / Senior Executive: RM3,500 – RM5,000
• Assistant Manager / Manager: RM5,000 – RM13,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Sales professional to join our team. The position level will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order follow-ups, and project coordination.
• Conduct client meetings and project site visits to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports, and forecasts.
• Follow up on tenders, quotations, and ongoing projects to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve sales or project-related issues.
• For Assistant Manager / Manager level, lead the sales team and support sales strategy and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Experience in project sales, technical sales, engineering, manufacturing, electrical/electronic, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good business development and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and project visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
