Key responsibilities

  • Reply to customer chats via WhatsApp

  • Communicate product information and promotions via WhatsApp, TikTok and Shopee

  • Follow up with customers and leads

  • Key in customer orders

  • Help close leads and sales

  • Provide sales reports
