Job Description
- Manage end-to-end cosmetic product notifications and renewals through NPRA QUEST3+.
- Submit new notifications and amendments relating to formulation, labelling, manufacturers, and product information.
- Track submission status and respond to regulatory queries from NPRA.
- Review product artwork, ingredient listings (INCI), packaging, and labels for compliance.
- Assess marketing and promotional claims to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain Product Information Files (PIF) and supporting regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, importation stakeholders, and regional counterparts on compliance matters.
- Monitor regulatory updates, post-market surveillance activities, and product safety complaints.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of regulatory affairs experience within the cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry.
- Hands-on experience with NPRA QUEST3+ product notification submissions and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD) and Malaysian cosmetic regulations.
- Experience reviewing cosmetic product labelling, artwork, and marketing claims.
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
What's on Offer
- Annual salary between MYR 48,000 and MYR 60,000.
