We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (FMCG Manufacturing) – based in Kajang to join our team.

Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 12 years of experience in relevant fields.

Location: Kajang Selangor, Malaysia

Work Mode: Work from Office

Lead the Group’s overall marketing, branding and corporate communications strategy, driving brand positioning, market presence, customer engagement and commercial growth across the Group and its subsidiaries.

• Develop and execute Group-wide marketing strategies, plans, budgets and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand strategy and corporate identity across the Group and subsidiaries, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging.
• Drive digital marketing and online presence, including websites, social media, digital campaigns, analytics and emerging marketing technologies.
• Partner with Business Unit Heads to drive revenue growth, market expansion and new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead corporate communications and PR, including media relations, corporate announcements, key messaging, reputation management and crisis communications.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, corporate events, exhibitions,launches and promotional activities across business units.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate ROI, lead generation, engagement, brand visibility and campaign performance.
• Ensure marketing activities uphold corporate governance, regulatory compliance, ethical standards and brand reputation.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 12–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership experience.
• Proven expertise incorporate marketing, branding, digital marketing and communications.
• Experience managing marketing across multiple business units, subsidiaries or diversified industries is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link marketing strategies to revenue and business growth.
• Strong background in brand management, digital strategy, corporate communications and market development.
• Experience in a public-listed company or large Group of Companies is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

The salary for this position is up to RM 25,000.
