Responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for all scopes related to this division but not limited to Information Technology, Digital Transformation projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tender Management:

• Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and scope of work
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals
• Develop methodologies, project approaches, timelines, and compliance matrices
• Source quotations and technical inputs from vendors, partners, and principals
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, formats, and submission deadlines
• Manage submissions via e-procurement portals or manual processes
• Attend clarification meetings, bid briefings, and client discussions
• Support negotiation, evaluation, and contract award processes
• Maintain tender database and track pipeline, status, and outcomes

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with partners, vendors, suppliers, and contractors for tender inputs and clarifications
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, finance, legal) for comprehensive submissions
• Provide updates and reports to management on tender progress and outcomes

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder Experience/ Skill / Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT procurement, tender management, or related roles.
• Good understanding of IT systems, digital solutions and technology concepts

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
