Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Assistant Procurement Engineer- Mechanical (Contract) di TXMR Nextech Selangor - Maukerja

This is an entry level position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for mechanical and automation-related items.
• Assist in issuing RFQs and comparing supplier quotations.
• Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Help review technical specifications with engineering or maintenance teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cost control efforts.
• Maintain procurement records and assist in audit preparations.
• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams such as engineering, production and finance.
• Support procurement tasks for projects involving mechanical or automation systems.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and automation components is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Ecount ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn and capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
