Job Description :

You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.

• Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
• Act as a liaison between customer and airlines to arrange special request to resolve complaint.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications :

• Proficient in French language
• Malaysian citizens or individuals holding a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) with valid work authorization

Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday)

Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)
