Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase products, raw materials, and supplies according to company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure accurate order processing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock shortages or overstock.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and any supply issues.
• Compare quotations from multiple suppliers and recommend cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Ensure purchased items meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
• Resolve issues related to incorrect, damaged, or delayed deliveries.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts to ensure timely invoice verification and payment processing.
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and monthly procurement summaries.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Support inventory control and participate in stock planning activities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
