Role Description

• To prepare busway routing drawings to match the site conditions, this may include isometric, plan and elevation, structural supports, cross-overs and terminations.
• To prepare estimates of bills of quantity for the project.
• To prepare manufacturing drawings including work-sheets, component drawings and bills of material for in-house and out-sourced parts/assemblies.
• To prepare purchase requests (PR) in the SQL ERP system.
• To conduct technical meetings with clients to understand the requirements and resolve any busway routing issues.
• Maintain an efficient workflow adhering to the On Time Delivery (OTD) and quality targets.
• Work on design automation projects to improve the workflow.
• Product documentation i.e. master BOMs, models, detail drawings, fabrication drawings and production worksheet templates, schematics and wiring diagram etc.
• To comply with the company’s QHSE policy

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior work experience in busways/busduct.
• Ability to read Single Line Diagram.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Solidworks preferred.
• Advance proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of relevant LV/MV IEC standards will be an added advantage.
• Tenacious, result-oriented personality and able to perform independently well under tight schedule.
