Tanggungjawab
- Involved in planning, implementing and managing the overall Talent Management & Development initiatives (e.g. Talent Identification on Programme, Assessment Centre, High Potential Development Programme, etc) to ensure that all projects are implemented according to the agreed scope, budget and timeline.
- Assist in Company-wide succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and build future leaders from within.
- Assist in the implementation of career pathing processes within the Group to improve the commitment and retention of the top talents and build a strong pipeline of leadership talents.
- Support in developing and implementing suitable talent sourcing strategies to meet the quality and quantity of capabilities required in the Group.
- Assist in the upskilling of HR Community to ensure the capabilities of HR meet the evolving industry trends.
- Involved in the development of competency and development framework for selected job families within the Group.
- Initiate, develop and implement a digitalized and/or gamified platform to support talent identification, talent development and succession planning processes within the Group.
- Design and prepare relevant documents, materials and tools such as policies, guidelines, templates, process flow chart, presentation deck, etc for the relevant initiatives.
- Support in monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of all initiatives in talent acquisition, talent and succession management using selected key performance metrics.
- Involved in any recruitment and talent sourcing process for selected job openings.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes / policies and efforts.
