*About the Role:*

We are looking for a proactive *Production Engineer (Intra)* to join XTS Technologies Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will help manage project execution, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Project Tracking: Monitor project timelines and prepare regular progress and final reports.

- Team Coordination: Assign tasks to team members and contractors, and make quick, effective decisions on-site.

- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, backed by good communication and report writing skills.

- Hands-on Learning: Willing to learn welding, machine assembly, and practical project execution.

- Problem Solving: Investigate system issues and generate detailed reports.

- Growth & Flexibility: Be ready to travel for business when needed and eager to learn about new products and technologies.

*What We Are Looking For:*

- Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Mindset: A positive attitude, highly willing to learn new skills, and adaptable.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication and report-writing abilities, with the flexibility to travel for business.
