Kerja Sepenuh Masa Plating Engineer (Sungai Buloh), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Sena Diecasting Industries Selangor - Maukerja

Plating Responsibilities:

Identifying and solving any issues in the plating process, whether related to equipment malfunction, materials, or process control.

Ensuring the quality and consistency of the plating process to meet industry standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Work closely with production team for optimization and continuous improvement on plating processes.

Manage periodical plating quality tests and new chemical and plating process trial.

Environmental Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the plating processes and associated activities comply with local, regional, and international environmental laws and standards.

Monitoring air, water, and soil quality in and around plating areas to ensure that emissions and effluents meet environmental standards. (Scrubber and Dust Collector monitoring and management)

Implementing and promoting environmentally sustainable practices within the organization, such as reducing energy consumption and using eco-friendly materials.

Working closely with other departments, such as production, quality control, and health and safety teams, to optimize operations and ensure environmental compliance.

Other Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all plating operations adhere to health and safety regulations to protect workers from exposure to hazardous chemicals and materials.

Training staff on safe plating practices, environmental regulations, and proper handling of chemicals and hazardous waste.

Managing chemicals consumption, chemicals stock level and ordering.

To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by the superior.

Minimum Requirement:

• At least certificate in chemistry / applied science / Chemical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in electroplating principles, techniques and equipment
• Knowledge in lab apparatus and chemical testings is required.
• Understanding of ISO/TS quality standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Hands-On Experience: Practical involvement with plating equipment and production lines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for cross-functional teams and all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including timely issue identification and resolution
• Knowledge of environmental laws, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and quality assurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
