Job Description

• Reporting to Project Manager/Director

• To prepare of indoor landscape plant, material, machinery or necessary as per checklist included with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Preparation of work schedules and job assignment activities to meet deadlines in accordance schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.

• To do site measurement and propose suitable plant for landscape with customer during site visit, prepare proposal design and provide proposal drawing.

• To implement and supervise work for maintenance of tree, shrubs, turf, landscape and consultation in characteristics of plant.

• Establishing and preparing the maintenance report for plants, tree, shrubs or related in accordance with environment regulations.

• Inspection of landscape work to ensure overall proposal is presentable in good condition, and meets standard and quality expectation.

• Supervise maintenance contract services and assist with identification of need for contract period.

• Be able and will to interact with prospect client or customer as well as Landscape Executive/Sales & Marketing in professional way.

• To work closely with existing client/customer by providing prompt service to the customers inquiries and complaint.

• Supervise and direct the work with workers, providing guidance in maintenance and training as and when required.

• To provide completion/handover report and customer satisfaction report for indoor landscape for the same time to promote after sales services such as monthly maintenance services or product.

• To undertake any other duties, assign by Project Manager/Director

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field

• 2–4 years’ experience in horticulture/softscape

• Strong knowledge of plants and landscaping practices

• Energetic, responsible, and passionate about landscaping and the environment
