Kerja Sepenuh Masa Cashier, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di MRKB Bookstores Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Cashier to join our bookstore team located at Saujana Perdana, Sungai Buloh. The ideal candidate will be involved in front counter operations, cashiering, and providing excellent service to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a courteous manner
• Manage front counter and cashier operations
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions using the POS system
• Register customers for membership cards and handle membership renewals
• Issue receipts, handle refunds, and process exchanges when required
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies
• Restock shelves and ensure product availability at all times
• Monitor inventory levels by assist with checking stock and refilling shelves
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the cashier area
• Support team members during busy periods and promotional events
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Adhere strictly to cash handling procedures and confidentiality standards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Customer-focused, honest, and responsible
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays (compulsory)
• Able to work 6 days per week
• Prior cashier or retail experience is an advantage (training will be provided)

Working Hours:

• 6 working days per week
• Weekend & public holiday work is compulsory
• Shift schedule according to store operation hours
