Job Locations: KIPMall Bangi / KIPMall Desa Coalfields / Pinnacle Sri Petaling Mall

Vacancy: Multiple openings for hiring

Job Descriptions:

1. Constantly source, identify and initiate discussion with potential tenants including negotiation on lease term.

2. Follow up on signing & execution of Letter Offer & Tenancy Agreement, collection of deposit.

3. Assist the Operation Team in coordinating tenant requirements, monitoring renovation progress, providing updates, and arranging pre-opening inspections until business commencement.

4. Ensure that tenants adhere to the Lease term agreement.

5. Handle tenancy renewal including negotiation on renewal, review tenant’s performance.

6. Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenant’s concerns and issues soonest possible in interest of betterment of the mall.

7. To conduct market survey on competitor mall/new mall- on tenant mix, concept & rental. Always alert on the latest trend / explore new branding in the market.

8. Drive occupancy of shop lots.

9. Attend to walk in potential tenants (customer/prospect).

Job Requirements:

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Communication/Real Estate or any relevant

• At least 2-3 years experience in Leasing

• Strong administrative & organizational skills

• Experience with tenancy agreements or contracts is a plus
