Seruni Global Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing Malaysian F&B holding company behind Kopi Saigon, one of Malaysia's leading Vietnamese coffee chains with over 230 outlets nationwide. We are expanding rapidly toward 1,000 outlets by 2030 and are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Supervisor to join our production team in Sungai Buloh.

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a Production & Maintenance Supervisor to lead our plant maintenance team and ensure smooth daily operations at our beverage production facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining all plant systems including pumps, piping, filtration, boilers, and filling lines, while leading a small team of technicians and operators.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Production & Plant Operations

• Supervise and coordinate daily liquid coffee and beverage production flow.
• Monitor and manage filtration systems, filling lines, and packaging stages.
• Manage sump pit operations and liquid flow systems within the facility.
• Ensure production output meets quality and F&B compliance standards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot and repair pump systems, industrial piping, and flow control equipment.
• Maintain and service boiler systems safely and efficiently.
• Manage filtration unit performance including scheduled cleaning and filter changes.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance for all plant machinery.
• Liaise with external contractors for specialist repairs when required.

Team Supervision

• Lead and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians and production operators.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor output, and provide hands-on technical guidance.
• Train team members on SOPs, equipment handling, and hygiene practices.

Reporting & Compliance

• Keep accurate maintenance logs, breakdown records, and service reports.
• Report critical issues to management with recommended solutions.
• Ensure all operations comply with GMP and food safety standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Boiler operator license or relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance or production within an F&B, beverage, or liquid manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, piping systems, filtration units, and boiler operations.
• Prior experience supervising a team in a factory or production setting.

Skills

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of liquid production flow and F&B filtration processes.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
• Able to read technical drawings, piping diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
