Due to ongoing business growth, they are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage purchasing, import/export coordination, customs clearance, inventory replenishment, and reverse logistics processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring supply continuity, regulatory compliance, and efficient order fulfillment across the region.
Job Description
Procurement & Purchasing
- Manage inventory replenishment activities based on business and operational requirements.
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely supplier confirmations.
- Monitor supplier performance and follow up on outstanding orders to achieve on-time delivery targets.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and quality-related issues with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing data.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Import, Export & Logistics Management
- Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, tariff classifications, certificates of origin, and other regulatory documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.
- Track shipment progress and proactively resolve clearance or transportation issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and optimize transportation costs.
Reverse Logistics (RMA)
- Manage the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, including returns, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate activities among customers, vendors, service teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and reconcile returned inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Track RMA performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.

The Successful Applicant
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, import/export operations, or related functions.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import regulations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
