JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overall daily QC and production operations.
• To assist the Management to meet daily productivity.
• To maintain good cleanliness of production zone.
• Assist in leading the Halal Inspectors, Suppliers Inspectors when required.
• Monitor operators and ensure that they meet company requirements & standards in food handling.
• In-charge of monthly stock check & submit report to the Management.
• Monitoring production run smoothly according to plan in order to meet targeted output and quality specification.
• Assist in On Job Training (OJT) for department staffs.
• To report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to the Management.
• To be responsible to maintain all production and QC records.
• To perform any other jobs which assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Min Diploma in Food Science / Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• At least 2year of working experience in QC or Production department.
• Work Location : Taman Industri Sungai Buloh.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
