Our Company Background! Saudagar Kambing Bakar is a Malaysian brand specializing in premium, halal grilled lamb dishes, expertly marinated and flame-grilled to perfection. Founded in the heart of Shah Alam, our mission is to deliver delicious kambing bakar (grilled lamb) that reflects the rich culinary heritage of Malaysia, while maintaining modern standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join us!

Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase restaurant sales.
• Generate sales through corporate accounts, events, catering, group bookings, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business KPIs.
• Coordinate with the restaurant operations team to ensure smooth event and catering execution.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or catering industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage
