Technology Sales Executive

Salary: RM2,000 per month + Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract

We are looking for a motivated Technology Sales Executive to join our growing technology and digital solutions team. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, exploring technology and closing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technology or digital solutions.
• Generate new leads through outreach, networking, referrals and other sales activities.
• Present and explain company products and services to potential clients.
• Conduct basic product presentations or demonstrations when required.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects from initial enquiry until closing.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Technical teams to understand customer requirements.
• Keep updated with company products, AI tools and current technology trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, IT or Digital Solutions is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident in communicating with customers.
• Sales-driven and comfortable working towards targets.
• Interested in technology, digital solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Basic knowledge or interest in Vibe Coding / AI-assisted development is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools for research and daily work.
• Willing to learn new technology and company products.
