The organization offers a one-stop solution covering design (concept, basic, and detail), tender, construction, and operation & maintenance. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contract Executive role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Contract Executive will assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and tender documents for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with project, engineering, and procurement teams, monitoring contract performance, tracking variations, and supporting claims, quotations, and cost evaluations. The role also involves maintaining accurate contract records, supporting negotiation processes with clients and vendors, and assisting in risk assessment and mitigation related to contractual terms. The Contract Executive will contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes and provide regular reports on contract status and key milestones.

Qualifications

  • Ability to review, draft, and manage contracts, tenders, and project documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Basic understanding of engineering, construction, or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) project environments, preferably in cleanroom, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to support cost evaluation, claims, variations, and risk assessment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high standards of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Prior experience in contract administration or tender management in construction or engineering industries is an advantage.
