- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, delivery, warehousing, and distribution.
- Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and transportation requirements.
- Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Track transportation costs and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, shipments, inventory, and logistics transactions.
- Monitor vehicle and transportation requirements, including maintenance and scheduling.
- Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and other logistics-related issues promptly.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards.
