Kerja Sepenuh Masa PURCHASING ADMIN, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di JAJAN VIRAL WHOLESALES CITY SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing administration and documentation.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR) and related documents.
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers for required products and services.
• Compare supplier prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and product specifications.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and outstanding items.
• Maintain and update supplier records, pricing and purchasing information.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, finance and other departments regarding stock and purchasing requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure goods are delivered according to the agreed quantity and schedule.
• Check supplier invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders for accuracy before submission to Finance.
• Maintain proper filing and records of all purchasing documents.
• Assist the Purchasing Executive/Manager in negotiating prices and managing supplier relationships.
• Prepare purchasing reports and update management on order status and outstanding purchases.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
