Requirements

Qualifications & experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business or a related discipline.
• Internship experience or coursework in shipment coordination or supply chain is an advantage but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic formulas and simple reporting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Detail oriented, organized and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with reliable follow-through on assigned tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in coordinating shipments.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation.
• Support sourcing activities
• Support supply chain and operational projects.
