Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Executive is responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, monitoring processes, and implementing improvements to enhance product reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and test plans.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits on products, services, or processes.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Document test results, audit findings, and prepare detailed quality reports.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, or development teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and recurring issues.
- Recommend and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and execute process audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Develop, implement and maintain control plans that reflects current process capabilities and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/ preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are embedded in development, production and supply chain activities.
- Prepare audit-defensible documentation, including SOPs, work instructions and quality records.
- Support internal and external audits, including customer visits and third-party certification audits.
- Perform statistical data analysis, MSA and data visualization (e.g., Pareto charts, trend analysis, 7 QC tools) to monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), deviation requests and change control documentation.
- Support APQP, PPAP and FMEA activities for new product introductions and process changes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Able to read & use Geometrical Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T) Drawing
- Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in QA or related field is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO standards or industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Experience with QA software, testing tools, or audit systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
