Customer Service (Warehouse)

Work Location: Bukit Jelutong Warehouse, Shah Alam
Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500 per month (excluding OT)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and service-related matters professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouse, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and follow up on customer orders, deliveries, inventory, and related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer/order information in the system.
• Prepare and manage relevant reports, documentation, and administrative records.
• Assist with inventory management and stock-related activities.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability, order status, and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure all customer service activities are carried out accurately and according to company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service or relevant logistics/warehouse experience.
• Candidates with inventory management experience will have an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work on shifts when required.

Shift Schedule

When required, employees may be assigned to the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
