Tanggungjawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure optimal stock levels
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes to improve workflow and productivity
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented and processed
- Handle discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving, and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and any issues that require attention
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
