Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD software
• Translate sketches, redlines, and engineering specifications into detailed drawings
• Produce layouts, sections, schematics, and as-built drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company procedures
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and document management systems
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve design issues
• Support construction, manufacturing, or installation teams with technical drawings
• Assist with material take-offs and basic design calculations (if required)

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Engineering Drafter or CAD Technician
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical standards
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering Drafting or related field
• Experience in [civil / mechanical / electrical / structural] engineering
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
• Experience with 3D modelling and BIM (where applicable)

Working Conditions

• Office-based with potential site visits

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
