As an Operations Associate, you will:

• Perform daily operational tasks within core sub-functions, including Engineering, Production, and Process departments.

• Support process improvement initiatives and engineering projects to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Quality to ensure smooth production workflows.

• Assist in data analysis and reporting to monitor production KPIs and drive operational excellence.

• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.

• Engineering Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Fresh graduates or recent graduates with up to 2 years of work experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis (Python, SQL) is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and local language.
