Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial sales or technical service roles dealing with factory environments.
• Proven success in selling automation, MRO, or mechanical solutions to industrial clients.
• Strong technical knowledge in pneumatic systems, lubrication, power transmission, and conveyor safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide.

Preferred Attributes

• Preferred: prior experience handling product category such as Pneumatic, hydraulic, process automation, or power transmission products
• Existing customer base in F&B manufacturing, automotive, power plant, or process industries.
• Preferred: self-motivated, strategic, technically oriented with strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand product adoption across factories and industrial plants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow revenue streams through solution selling and cross-brand integration.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.

Customer Engagement

• Serve as the key liaison for customers — from technical consultation to after-sales support.
• Conduct on-site visits, system assessments, and solution proposals based on customer requirements.
• Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations highlighting ROI and operational value.

Technical & Application Support

• Provide technical guidance for Festo pneumatics, Perma automatic lubricators, Matsushima conveyor safety devices, Exen flow aid systems, Kwangjin rotary joints, and Rexnord power transmission products.
• Collaborate with the product team to design and recommend optimal system configurations.
• Support troubleshooting and commissioning at customer sites when required.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
• Provide structured feedback to management on market gaps and potential growth sectors.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports using CRM tools and internal dashboards.
