Role Overview

Our Legal and Compliance function protects the business and its customers by making sure the way we buy, sell, finance, insure, and deliver pre-owned motorcycles meets regulatory requirements and contractual standards. We're looking for a Legal and Compliance Intern based at our Glenmarie HQ to support the team across contract management, legal research, and record-keeping. This is a hands-on learning role in a fast-growing e-commerce business, with guidance and review from the Legal and Compliance team at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Monitor contract status, ensuring timely follow-ups, updates, and renewals
• Maintain, organize, and update company records and legal documentation
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations, preparing concise summaries and reports
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal & Compliance department
• Support day-to-day legal and compliance matters and other departmental projects as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an LLB or related law degree
• Able to commit at least 3 months
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Interest in Legal Technology and emerging legal solutions
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and verbal
