Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, quotations, invoices, customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
• Process customer orders and handle customer enquiries, requests, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure orders and sales activities are handled efficiently.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and other sales-related reports when required.
• Assist in preparing marketing documents and support various marketing activities.
• Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and documentation.
• Assist customers with the e-Mandate activation process and provide the necessary guidance and support.
• Update and maintain accurate sales data and records in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in administrative, sales support, or marketing support roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
