Kerja Sepenuh Masa Ecommerce, Customer Service Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Gulsanco Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp and other online channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, stock availability and delivery.
• Process and monitor customer orders from order confirmation until delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges and product-related issues professionally.
• Follow up with the warehouse, courier and relevant departments to resolve order or delivery issues.
• Monitor order status, shipment tracking and delayed deliveries.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide suitable recommendations.
• Manage and respond to customer reviews, ratings and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, complaints and resolutions.
• Escalate complicated cases to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary.
• Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions and sales activities.
• Monitor customer service response time and ensure enquiries are attended to promptly.
• Prepare simple reports on customer enquiries, complaints, returns and other e-commerce issues.
• Perform other duties related to e-commerce customer service and operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, online sales or related roles.
• Experience handling Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to handle complaints and difficult customers calmly.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
