We are looking for experienced AI/ML Engineers to join an exciting project within the Oil & Gas industry.

Malaysian candidates only

  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop AI/ML solutions for unstructured text and document processing

2. Review and enhance an existing proof of concept for production implementation

3. Develop solutions for PII detection, document classification, and metadata extraction

4. Apply embeddings, semantic similarity, and vector search for document retrieval

5. Prepare, clean, label, train, evaluate, and validate document datasets and models

6. Develop and deploy classification or model APIs

7. Support SIT, UAT, pilot deployment, model monitoring, and continuous improvement

8. Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, PDPA, security, governance, and auditability requirements

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field

2. Strong proficiency in Python

3. Hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, or document intelligence

4. Proven experience developing AI solutions for unstructured text or document processing

5. Experience with Named Entity Recognition, rules, or pattern matching for sensitive-information detection

6. Knowledge of embeddings, semantic similarity, duplicate detection, and vector search

7. Experience with model training, tuning, and evaluation using precision, recall, F1 score, and confusion matrices

Familiarity with REST API integration and enterprise deployment environments

Added Advantages:

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or Microsoft Purview

- Knowledge of Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face

- Experience with vector databases, RAG, or semantic-search solutions

- Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or SharePoint

- Experience implementing AI solutions in regulated or large enterprise environments
