Our company is currently expanding and we are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as a Logistics & Warehouse Executive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

· Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and material movements to support production requirements.

· Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet operational needs.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock reconciliation.

· Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure raw materials and finished goods are inspected, released, labelled, and stored appropriately.

· Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, traceability, and stock rotation in accordance with company procedures.

2. Logistics Coordination

· Coordinate Klang Valley and outstation deliveries with customers, suppliers and relevant authorities.

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks against delivery documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Coordinate transportation and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

· Support logistics planning to meet operational requirements.

3. Quality & Regulatory Compliance

· Ensure all warehouse and logistics activities comply with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP, Halal requirements and applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.

· Develop, maintain, review and update warehouse and logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Support internal and external audits, including preparation of relevant documents and records, and ensure timely implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), where required.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

· Prepare and maintain inventory, warehouse, and logistics reports.

· Monitor warehouse and logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, cost effectiveness, and logistics operations.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, supply chain management, or Quality Control (QC).
• Experience in the frozen food, food manufacturing, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with QC experience who are interested in transitioning into warehouse and logistics operations are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control and logistics coordination.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality management requirements will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) / inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, production, purchasing, quality and other relevant departments.
• Work Location : Taman Industri Sungai Buloh
• Working hours : Monday – Saturday : 7.30am – 4.30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
